Programs

Here at Strandwood, we believe in giving access to enrichment activities to enhance their development as well as their learning. We believe the arts are important, so we support vocal music, instrumental music, and art throughout the school year. We believe developing a love for reading is crucial, so we ensure students have library access and that our instruction is aligned to the science of reading. We also believe hands-on learning can greatly enhance science, so our students work in a science lab enrichment and our older students engage in STEAM instruction (Science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics). Academic growth is critical to positive development, and so our campus works very hard to ensure all students have access to programs that enhance their school experience.
