Parent volunteers are an integral part of the community of Strandwood. One of the requirements is for anyone volunteering on a school campus or accompanying students on field trips to have fingerprinting done and a negative tuberculosis test done within the last 60 days prior to the fingerprint appointment.
If you haven't had a chance to do your fingerprinting, take some time over the summer to contact the Personnel Department for MDUSD and have your fingerprints cleared. There is a nominal fee of $32. If you go on line to our District website you can download the form with the information. Call and make an appointment.
Summer is a great time to get this task completed!
